4. Payments

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

Clients are responsible for:

Supplying required content, assets, and approvals on time
Ensuring they have rights to all submitted materials

7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
Final approved deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is received
Studio Meva retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, and promotional materials
Any concepts, drafts, or unused designs remain the property of Studio Meva unless transferred in writing.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Studio Meva may use or integrate third-party tools and platforms including hosting providers, payment systems, analytics tools, or website builders.
We are not responsible for:

Platform limitations
Security issues originating from third-party services
9. Limitation of Liability

Clients may still be responsible for payment covering:

Time already spent
Non-refundable expenses incurred before cancellation
