How long does it take to get my website?
Landing pages: 7–10 days. Business websites: 2–3 weeks. Brand identity: 2–3 weeks. Brand + Website: 4–6 weeks. Event microsites: 5–7 days.
Can I take full control of the website later?
You get full control from day one. Every business website is transferred to your Framer account at launch, along with a walkthrough video showing you how to edit text, swap images, and publish changes yourself
Can I update my website later?
Yes, small updates like text or images can be done easily. For larger changes, you can request an update service through our contact form.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every business and brand project includes 30 days of post-launch support for small fixes and questions. After that, you can edit the site yourself, request one-off updates, or join our monthly design retainer for ongoing support.
What assets do you need from me?
Event details, text, photos/logo, and any references. You’ll upload everything in the project form.
Do I need to buy a domain?
It depends on what you're building. For event microsites (short-term use), we handle everything — your site is hosted on our setup with a clean web address, so there's nothing for you to buy or manage. For long-term business websites, we'll set up a custom domain for you (e.g. yourbusiness.com). We can purchase it on your behalf so it doesn't slow down your launch, and it's registered in your name — or transferred to you — so you fully own it going forward.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every site is custom-built, we don't offer refunds once work has begun. Instead, we revise the design until you're happy with it — your satisfaction is the goal, and we'll keep refining through the review stage to get it right.
